Trevor Williams - Principal Consultant
Trevor is a Senior Leader who has taken on plenty of challenges throughout his leadership and management career. With substantial hands on senior leadership, management, training development and delivery experience combined with ability and passion, he has a very strong desire to assist his clients in getting optimal performance from current and emerging leaders.
He is a well-respected training management and delivery specialist, with private and public sector service and experience, who has led a number of high profile learning and development related organisations and business units.
Trevor has extensive experience at Director, Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Manager levels in a number of industry sectors, including: Mining, Mining and Construction Equipment, Education, TAFE, Vocational Education and Training and Defence.
He has a proven track-record in developing and implementing apprentice programs that focus on safety, work readiness, language, literacy and numeracy, business acumen, communication and information technology skills, as well as technical trade skills.
Trevor holds a Master of Professional Studies (Instructional Systems) and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM) and a Graduate of theCompany Directors Course Diploma at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, photography, watching the West Coast Eagles in the AFL and the Perth Wildcats in the NBL.
Trevor is married to Sophie and they have three adult children, Jack, Samuel and Matthew.
